How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We will email you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@directivevault.com from your account email. We will delete everything within seven days.

Can I see who has access to my documents?

Yes. Open the "Sharing" tab in the app. You will see every person you invited and you can remove access with one tap.

Does DirectiveVault work offline?

You can open already-viewed documents offline. New uploads and sharing need an internet connection.

Will my directive from one state work in another?

Most states honor out-of-state directives, but rules vary. Check your new state's guide on this site if you move.
